Questions

Do I have to leave the systems I use now?

No. V12 connects to your existing WordPress / WooCommerce site with one plugin and your licence key. If you would rather start fresh, V12 builds a new branded system for you.

Do I need a developer?

No. Connecting takes one plugin and your licence key; a new V12-built system is set up from the answers you give during onboarding.

What does my workspace read from my store?

Totals only: orders, revenue, order status counts, payment method counts and catalogue counts. Customer names, emails and addresses never leave your site.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Your access changes the moment your plan does.
